23rd October: – Rajasthan Anti Terrorist Force recovered a Personal Diary belonging to Sunil Joshi from RSS–Contents of Diary disclosed certain telephone contacts. Calls were traced AND On 4th November, Armed forces Spokesman briefed Media that Colonel Prohat is not arrested categorically , but only confined and bounded for Investigations. Under alleged charges of “Maligaon” and “Sumjotha express” Bomb Blasts. Spokesman further assured Media that Army Head Quarter will proceed accordingly in light of Colonel Prohat statements.

26th October: – Mumbai Police Chief wrote a letter to Indian Armed Forces informing “ We arrested “Sudda Chukkarvady” a suspect In Blasts and recovered a fake Army ID Card , a Revolver with License , issued and signed by Colonel Prohat , showing him an employee of “Devali cantonment” in Nashik.We want to know the names of all other Officers / culprits involved in this forgery” ??

28th October: – Further on , C.I.B wrote Armed Forces — “According to our Confirmed Secret Reports, Colonel Prohat was present in a Hotel of Bombay ,where he met “Praveen Togadia” ,Leader of extremist party ”Vishwa Hindu Preshad”. It is requested to inform, Whether Colonel Prohat was on official leave? Secondly, did his seniors know about his “Secret Mission in Bombay”?

29th October:-Hamanat Kurakry ( Police Chief ) raised strong protest against Defense Ministry for not providing the detailed record of official leaves granted to Colonel Prahat , to know under whom permission he was visiting “Bujrandul Training Camps “ in year 2006 ?

30th October:- A.T.S Bombay wrote another letter to Armed Forces informing “ Police was restrained to take custody of Laptop owned by Colonel Prohat at the time of his arrest at “PUNCH MURRY” (his posting station).That Laptop neither surrendered to police nor to joint investigation task force and that is still with Military Intelligence?

3rd November: – Colonel Prohat was produced before Competent Court where he informed Judge that he have highly sensitive information which can not be disclosed without prior permission of Armed forces.–On 6th November , Lt.General S.P.S .Dhuloon Deputy Army chief , while in Army Head Quarter session/meeting , said that we are in great grief as hurt , due to arrest of a senior Army Officers involvement in Maligaon Bomb Blast of 26th Sep (Maharashtra) in which 6 killed , Army is investigating at its own accord and sources.

7th November :- Indian Defence Minister Mr. Anthony , while addressing a Senior Army Officials meeting , admitted that involvement of an Indian Army Officer in terrorist activities has ashamed a lot at international Diplomat Channel. Foreign media is asking details of incident. We are facing a sizzling shameful situation. We are facing an acute International Pressure, which is increasing day by day, under a concept That Colonel Prohat is not doing all alone but A Group Of “In Service Personnel” from Indian Army is also involved in these Terrorist Activities.(Inside India)

13th November: – CNN representative asked Mr.Shev-Raj (Interior Minister) “Do you intend to investigate relationship in between Army officers, army personnel with extremist terrorist organization at Government level? Because it is a general perception that some other groups of officers from Indian army are also co-odinating with Colonel Prohat as a group of same mind ”? Interior Minister failed to answer this question.

14th November: – Anti terrorist cell searched Colonel Prohat residence and took custody of his personal Laptop along with many other secret documents , recoverd from his residence

15 th November: – Colonel Prohat recorded to his statement before joint investigation team (Inwhich Deceased Hamnat Kurakry was also member) He recorderd his statement saying “ I suggested King of Nepal GANDRA to start a movement under name and title “Hindu Nation”, as a joint venture .King GANDRA was pleased to accept this proposals. So, It was decided that we will gather all the Hindu Fundamentalists /extremists on one platform, and shall provide them all trainings regarding use of arms and ammunition. After wards two meetings with Shah GANDRA were held to discuss same issue .First meeting was held on June 24 / 2006 and second in 2007.This second meeting was final in which we decided “line of action” .We mutually agreed to make two groups , (Based upon Young Hindu Extremists/Fundamentalists).It was decided further that every group will undergo rigorous “Guerrilla War Training” consecutively for six months, inside Nepal”.Clonel Prohat further added “ SHAH GANDRA agreed that 20 officers from Nepal armed forces and 40 officers from Indian Armed Force shall train those groups for a severe Guerrilla war while Nepal will bear all the expanses whatever. “ABHINAV BHARAT 400” will be ready within one year. Shah GANDRA also committed that in capacity of a sovereign state, Nepal will purchase 1000 AK-47 rifles from Czechoslovakia, which will be distributed among this “Trained Guerrilla Force”. 17th November: – A high confidential report was submitted to Home Secretary by Anti Terrorist force Bombay in which it was mentioned that during investigation of Colonel Prohat and Major Ramesh, It has been revealed that, one Retired Lieutenant General, two (2) on duty Colonels, seven (7) Retired Majors and Colonels are also the members of terrorists group, involved in Sumjotha express, Maligaon and Mecca Mosque Blasts. It was further requested that investigation agencies (Police and CBI joint task force) should be permitted and allowed to investigate two (2)on duty Colonels.

23rd November: – Night, a Police Officer (Joint investigator with Police Chief Hamanet Kumar Kurakary) informed Indian Military Intelligence at their residence informing —- “ Sir , Colonel Prohat have admitted all before Hamanet Kurakury He told about his posting in Kashmir .He also told that while posting in Kashmir on 21st March 2000 ,he and his group shot dead 36 Sikhs standing by in a row in village “Chuuti Singh Pura”.He admitted that three Colonels from Indian armed forces and two Majors were also involved in this killing while we all were there with covered faces , as Muslims .(The intention behind is very clear .They wanted to expose this Terrorism by Muslims , Prabably Pakistan as usual ,to damage Kasmir cause , a vague attempt to create a bad impression of Pakistani at international level while weakining Kashmir issue.Probably dialogues / meeting was going to take place )

As soon Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor got this news , very same night , Major General “Hood “ took possession of recorded statement ,admission and relating audio video film from Police Chief Hamnat Kumar (all proofs against Colonel Prohat & co ).After that Indian Military Intelligence designed that Bloody Drama Staged at Taj Mahal —Shiva Je Railway Station — Narman House to shoot and kill Hamanat Kumar Kurakary ( Anti Terrorist Force Chief Bombay )under pretext of hearing a fake phone call — A pre-planned conspiracy , forcing him to remove his helmet to hear that fake call .As soon he removed helmet , sharp shooters aimed his head and he was dead. Strange enough, the Indian Army Major (sharp shooter and murderer of police chief ) was also murdered in same way by pre-managed other shooters within few minutes after this bloody incident. And that shooter Major is a resident of Bangalore — NSG Commando – MAJOR SUNDEEP YOUNI KRISHNAN.

Let me introduce this great person. He belonged to middle class family. He was very sharp in studies .Upon completion , joined armed forces. His greatest wish was to build his own house, to educate his four children (two sons and two daughters) and a nice car .He always spoke and discussed in family about his genuine but innocent wishes. All family ever admired about dedication towards family .He always advised every family member whenever asked for .This dedication and sincerity rewarded him in shape of a large circle of sincere friends.

Allah help those who help his creature .He got retirement in young age .Now it was the time when Allah Kareem start answering his prayers and wishes. After retirement he started construction of house in a posh area. He took too much extra pain in selection of “stones & material .Successfully build a beautiful house and decorated with the latest amenities .It was first quarter of 2009.

As I told before his second wish was to educate his children. So he managed a huge amount curtailing his expanses and admitted her eldest daughter in B.D.S .He also managed his son admission in a professional college in UK ( his son joined college just 6 months before ,whereas daughter is in final year of B.D.S, second son is doing “O Level and youngest daughter in class 8.

His third wish was a nice car, which he bought last year, but used it occasionally .According to him “now I have no urge even to drive it’. Till today this car covered a very small mileage. It is brand new till today. Means Allah Kareem answered his all wishes in positive.(house , children education and car).Presently he was working with a semi-government organization as director.
It was 13th of Feb. 2010; some guests were in his house for dinner. They all chatted and enjoyed till 12.30 am .Calendar changed its date as 14th Feb.
According to his family, he watched TV sometime after departure of guests , and went to bed, Around 2.30 am . He felt some irritation in stomach and fainted. His family immediately informed relatives who rushed at spot and shifted him to a private hospital .Doctors could diagnose the cause of “faintness” or not —but he was declared DEAD right at 4.45 A.M (14th Feb. 2010).

He was taking care of his family very similar to a gardener who takes care of every flower and every plant. ! I have seen with naked eyes that at “NUMAZ-E-JUNAZA people were running from four sides of ground to participate. The impression was like a procession, a big mob .Anyway —BURRIED UNDER HUES , CRIES AMOUNTING TO SHRIEKS which may cause heart failure of weak.

There is nothing special in it. It always happens every where in such incidents. The specialty is THE DREAMS OF A FATHER!! Did he ever know he will not live in this house for a reasonable time? Did he know he will never see her daughter as doctor? Did he know that he will not see his son UK degree ? I shiver off when I imagine that he is lying in grave straight around six feet deep from ground level !Four sides only clay – Grave covered with slabs – Pitch darkness inside ! ! Wrapped and wearing a small piece of cloth! Is this the end of this struggle full life for which are running and ignoring all moral or grounds?

We daily attend funeral , we daily burry our nears and dears , we burry dead bodies in front of our eyes —BUT — as soon come out of grave yard , forget all ! ! Thinking that this was only the destiny of deceased, and we will never die — This process is going on since centuries! ZAMIN KHA GYE ASMAN KAISY KAISY )

This sizzling reality of life ALWAYS shudder me .I always become depressed and gloomy. I always think , for whom we are increasing bank balances to infinite ( certain category)?Why we are running day and night to get money ? Those known as “corrupt” do not know this fact ? For whom our elite class, especially political leaders construct “Taj Mahals” to live? Are they sure that they will be able to stay? Whether they are unaware of “death concept”? The main tension arises when well-known religious leaders , always teaching and preaching Quran and Islam are found in financial scandals ! ! Why they are hypocrites ? For whom capitalists are making “Non-Stop” group of industries / mills /complexes / hotels one after one ? Why we are crazy for making money amounting to millions / billions of dollars in foreign banks? Why they not look at those who All these assets will go in grave with them? Why they hesitate to spend for welfare of public?

Just for example, this Democratic Government silently (undeclared) withdrew the subsidy in Electric Bills (from Rs:100 to RS1000), With sincere intension not to tense or annoy Public – White collar class (mediocre and lower mediocre)sizzled , being in a state of shock after receiving these unsubsidized direct electricity bills ! Such practice was never expected from a Government, which repeatedly announces and claims the supremacy of Democracy”. I immediately approached one of the opposition Leaders representatives and protested against this camoflaudged practice further asking why opposition remained silent when this” Bill Bomb” was dropped?? The opposition representative flared up and uttered in loud crunching voice “Our party have decided to eliminate all “left-over” of dictator (excluding forward block “lootas”).There is no room in this country for those who supported Dictator.S policies .We will eliminate all while introducing the “welfare policies”.This subsidy was also “left-over” of a Dictator and we eliminated all .(collation Government)

It was February 2008 , when Dictator was removed ( I think)–Two long years passed – This Government successfully eliminated ( and eliminating) all “left-over) of Dictator” which they committed in October 2006 in Washington and this commitment is being preached and announced till today by same person and his followers Anchors.

Keeping in view the statement of 4th February, (in print and electronic media), according to information, how this COLLATION GOVERNMENT is eliminating and discarding DICTATOR policies:-

It is the beauty of Democracy: Government takes certain positive steps to keep nation healthy, but general public fails to understand and takes it as agony or problem, which is a negative approach. .Public is requested to understand from appended examples.

TWO YEARS ACHIEVEMENTS.

Growth rate in 2008 (as per Punjab and federal government) was 4.1 which has been reduced to 3.4, in democratic era , immediately after that, this Collation Government (with intention to eliminate dictators policies) increased rate of Dollar (it was sixty rupees in Dictator Time , and now Eighty Rupees by Democrats.)

In these two years of Democracy, Country is enburdened further, with an additional loan of 6.06 billion Rupees, which is increasing day by day, as per time accord.
( To invoke people to work day and night , for repayment of this loan)

We cant discuss State Bank Reserves, as figures will be non-understandable, too complicated and technical , for general public.

The flour and sugar issue is known and experienced by all living in Pakistan. You will be surprised that a “Selected, above human being category” living in Pakistan, really does not know the agonies and troubles faced by an ordinary person in Pakistan to get sugar or flour!! That is “elite & ruling class, and politicians, appearing daily on different TV channels, always worried and embarrassed about serious public issues.

Dictatorship was providing sugar @ Rs : 35 per kg ,Available even in remote areas of Pakistan , Democratic Government @ Rs;75 per kg , unstable till today.! !
(The main intension of Government is to reduce diabetic rate all over country to keep nation healthy, and that is beauty of Democracy)

Dictatorship was providing flour @ Rs:16 per kg all over Pakistan , and this democratic government is @ Rs 30 per kg .Standing in line , waiting for turn , production of ID card as Bonus.
( An idle mind is devils mind , standing in lines is a exercise which saves from gout while repairing immune system and leg muscles)

Dictatorship was providing chicken @ Rs:120 per kg and Democracy hiked it @ Rs 180 per kg only ! !
( It is a Precautionary step of Government to save Nation from any forth-coming bird flue – entirely for health of Nation).

Dictatorship was giving LPG @ 810 per cylinder, Democracy supplying @ 1050 per cylinder! !
(This hike was due to “increased house fire cases” all over country)

In Dictatorship, Mutton was @ 260 per kg – Democracy increased it @Rs :370 per kg ! (just for information of public, mutton produced cholesterol and same turns into heart attack. This policy should be admired instead of criticism)

In Dictatorship, Beef was available @ RS:130 per kg , while Democracy hiked it to Rs:200 per kg ,
( Entirely in benefit of public to save from high cholesterol).

In Dictatorship, breakfast bread was available @ Rs: 18 per pack –Democracy is providing the same in Rs: 42 per pack.
( A step to incline people to use home cooked food )

In Dictatorship, Eggs were available easily in Rs:-38 per dozen –Democracy raised it to Rs : 72 per dozen ! !
(Egg increases Blood Pressure, this a positive step to stop hypertension)

This democracy made a hike in edible oil price (vanaspati and other cooking oils) @ 30 % to 50 %. PER KG! !
( Oils are full of cholesterol ,use boiled things to be fit ).

Dictatorship was charging electricity units @ Rs:-2.65 per unit –Democracy benefited people by charging @ Rs:4.96 per unit – Those who were consuming from 1 to 3oo units the subsidy has been waved off —Those white collar persons , consuming from 301 units to 700 are being charged exorbitant rate of Rs:8.03 per unit.
(Open air is the best always. How people survived when electricity was not introduced)?

Those, living in remote areas with no gas facility were using fire wood in kitchens –The rates in Dictatorship time was Rs 230 per monde, and Democracy facilitated them by Rs.280!!
( our people have no intellect. One mond is heavy to carry , they should buy 5 kilo for one cooking A hoarding is a sin in Islam)

The fruit is now in reach of “SELECTED CATEGORY ONLY” unreachable by white collar. They can see it , touch it , feel it , but can not dare to buy !
.This is only in access of elite, hoarders, politicians, industrials, hoarders or sitting on powerful seats.
( some harmful bacteria was traced in a research , so fruit should be avoided till confirmation by Government – Why people mis-understand) ?

Those who used to say in Dictatorship time “Hum daal roti kha ker guzara ker laingy in this democracy ” The “daal” is dream for them , Flour is T unaffordable rate milk on skies-fish is a luxury , as unaffordable –Vegetables entered in “prohibited area”.! !
( In the interest of people I would like to guide them-GRASS is the most powerful diet full of all vitamins –example is horse. Grass soup < Grass roti< Grass soup will keep you healthy always).

Now go to bazaar for shopping, the AWAAM sizzles when hear the price of shoes , cloth , school bags , stationary or book prices .
(In olden days there were no dresses, why people worry about dresses. They must come to laws of nature, to enjoy nature)

We have to travel as must out station, the fare is increased @ 100 % ! !

Suppose there are TEN popular TV channels in all over Pakistan and ten different Anchors hosting it .

Suppose there are TEN “political spokes person” all over Pakistan (Representatives from ruling or other political parties)

Suppose there are TEN experts or analysts, who comment over speeches, statements, or any political incident (I mean those who comes on phone line upon request of anchors)
SUPPOSE there are TEN legal experts in all over Pakistan.( some leading lawyers, retired judges , journalists , analysts, economic or crime experts)
JUST think , you are watching channel “A” .Your favorite Anchor is hosting session, while three other are sitting beside him side by side .One is from ruling party , second is from opposition , and third from any other political party – To start with , anchor will detail the issue , then a discussion will start in between three ‘ responsible political leaders”. They will blame each other and this forum will exactly present a scene of “fish market” under open bid. Meanwhile, Anchor will take some expert (retired judge . leading advocate, columnist etc ) on phone call ( it looks as if he was waiting only for this call)- A useless conversation will start and program time will finish – Anchor will say thanks to all individually , and that’s all ! ! What is the result of this long talk show? Was this to earn more money by means of displaying commercial adds by making people fool?? Sensible viewer will think themselves the “stupid of first water “
The viewer is too bore, he will switch from channel “A” to channel “D” – what a fun ! ! Same leaders—-same political representatives—— and very same ON LINE experts!! Only the change is: Anchor and the topic!!
Ohhoooo, what is this? Now the viewer again switches from channel “D”to channel “F”!! Same persons (from group of ten) same online persons, same fruitless comments and arguments!! Apparently these commentators look as if “hired”?
Did you ever notice that one from same group of “TENS” is found and available in all discussions (Only the channels differs) set of three will remain same @one each from each political party) apparently deputed and “hired or engaged” only for this purpose?

The question is: why only these persons are only available for political or other discussions? Why they are appearing repeatedly /regularly in every TV channels for same purpose, with same repeated opinions? Why no person from general public? Are they only the persons with “CALIBRE”? What REMEDY or solution they are delivering to public? What benefits / advice public at large getting? If aim is to keep people abreast, are they unaware what guide line they are giving to crying, heavily burdened, sizzling public? They will simply penetrate their ideas and views, into brains of general poor public, and themselves will go in some “enemy embassies or some 5/7 star hotels” to release tension with some other amenities. Only the benefit of these shows “high blood pressure for poor public, already desperate and sick, whereas it is enjoyment for anchors and the participants as a time pass with publicity . . .Did you ever see a single tensed face in these programs? Never, all participants are fresh, smiling faces and coffee mugs in hands. The ladies are wearing designer’s dresses, just coming from parlors!! Then what the hell is to disturb common poor people watching it?? If opposition or those in powers are helpless, what they expect from public?? Really we are fed up – Tired and depressed .These “TUBSRAS” are making people sick, rather psycho patient. The nation moral is at rapid decline. These programs may be a fun for certain people , but a constant unstopped mental tension for general public> when hear frauds of billions and trillions, when hear corruption amounts ( which they don’t know how much zeros stands in that AMOUNT)
What are the private activities of certain, Just visit and see boldness of our some well known anchors ,who speak extra loud against Drone Attacks , Black Water , Kerry Logor bill , etc.

Too many topics like this whic heneously effects mind of public , encouraging to commit some crime ! !

These are the daily NEWS, which almost every Pakistani channel telecasting in Talk shows/ interviews , discussions on daily basis, What a mockery that 70 % political workers / followers of these political leaders do not know , including me , how to spell ” Democracy or Jumhoriat for which they are undergoing sometimes “lathi charge” and “tear gas” ! Do they know or understand the soul of “JUMHORIAT” (democracy) ? How funny the situation is when people, labor class or housemaid class lady (apparently from a far remote area ,in poor attire appears on TV channel and applauds democracy!!? Just hold a survey of participants in a procession and ask them the definition of democracy! You will come to know the reality! Whether these are genuine participants ?

The situation of Jumhoriat in our country some what resembles with this quote :- “In a remote village, one poet was invited to sing “HEER” story. He sang it fascinatingly” . A person fainted two times under influence and melody of “HEER”.This function continued till dawn .Singer was about ti leave when that person rushed to singer and iquired !- Sir , you are really a great singer ever heard . I enjoyed really , could you please tell “HEER” was a man or lady “ ? ? Very same is the understanding of “JUMHORIAT” to the general public found at all spots (gatherings) and processions!!

Let us try to understand the origin of this JUMHORIYAT ? Generally known as Democracy, for which general public , specially our political leaders are eve ready to sacrifice “everything” and their “belongings” –Let us trace links in between “JUMHORIAT” (democracy) and JAIL (EXCEPT 1ST COMMON LETTER) , Whether this JUMHORIAT can be introduced without going to jail ? Why “jail tenor” is very important for leaders? Why the leaders announce their “jail tenor” proudly? Generally jails impression is negative and unpleasing as reflects shadows of some criminals activities ,why our leaders announces repeatedly that they remained behind the bars for years to protect Democracy (jumhooriat) ! ?

Whether this “JUMHORIAT” is so Holly and Auspicious for which living persons can convert into dead bodies by means of any malicious act?

Is it so auspicious that “LEADERS” or workers are ready to embrace death and ever ready to go in jail?

Whether these jails are political institutions/universities setting “C.V,s“ of political leaders ?

Why only political leaders announces that they are being” punished” for (good acts in interest of public) performed in their ruling tenor?

Strange enough, certain other people (like Abdul Sitar Eddy) never faced jail for their good social services?

What are prime incentives in Jumhoriat that leaders do not want to quit politics , in spite of such rigorous/life threat serious ends?

Who is father and founder of Jamhoriyat ? Is here any other substitute ?

Did any holly book described or advised or recommended this system ?

Can a country stay or exist without This system?

Why None claimed or raised voice to sacrifice life for Islam ? All political powers protested on roads for restoration of judiciary — Why no protest against cartoonist insulting Prophet Mohammed (s.a.w ) repeatedly ? ! Why no voice or protest when some non-Muslims entered in mosques ruining all respect and holiness in muslim countries?

WHAT IS ORIGIN OF JUMHORIAT (Democracy ) ?

Democracy is a term that has been in dispute since early times. Now Democracy supports the people, their needs and ideas. Democracy is committed to provide all basic facilities to every citizen like cheap food items , pure water , lowest electricity rates , reasonable taxes , security of live , law and order , justice , while keeping abreast the nation with all information and positive steps taken by the government in interest of the public and political situation of country. It is found in many places in the world in different facets.
• Democracy is ‘rule by the people’. It can be direct democracy, where every qualified citizen gets to vote on every issue, or it can be representative democracy, where people elect representatives to get together and vote on laws.
Democracy is ‘mob rule’, and that we don’t have a democracy, we have a republic. But actually the two words mean just the same. The ‘public’ in republic is Latin for ‘the people. The ‘demo’ in democracy is from the Greek ‘demos’ meaning ‘the people’.
The defining feature of a democracy is that people are ultimately in control of their government, and they can make changes if the government fails to meet their needs, or even abolish a government altogether and start over. This idea that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed (public) that government is an expression of the will of the people, that government means – “The people”

There are two most used versions of Democracy- peoples’ democracy like in Eastern Europe (China) and Liberal democracy (Japan, USA, Israel). People’s democracy means that there is an elite group of people who know what is good for the people and they work to achieve that (not for their self but for public)
Liberal democracy differs from the peoples’ democracy in one crucial fact- It states that the people make decisions for the people and not an elitist group of people have the right to make decisions for the whole. People’s democracy is an elitist distribution of power. Liberal democracy is a strong belief that everyone should equally share the responsibilities that effect…..
Often democracy is defined opposite to other types of government:

And DEMOCRACY is a form of government, where a constitution guarantees basic personal and political rights, fair and free election, and independent courts of law, generally known as : a government , by the people , for the people.Where citizens freedom and rights respected .Where government takes care of citizens in all respects , thinking for comforts.

Democracy – Key Elements

To get the a sense of democracy in a country , needs to fulfill some fundamental basic requirements , not only available or mentioned in constitution but also be kept up in everyday life by politicians and authorities as a must , practically and physically:
Guarantee of basic Human Rights to every individual person vis-à-vis the state and its authorities as well as vis-à-vis any social groups (especially religious institutions) and vis-à-vis other persons.
Freedom of opinion, speech, press and mass media
Religious liberty to everyone according to their faith.
General and equal right to vote (one person, one vote)
Good Governance (focus on public interest and eradication of corruption, bribery, nepotism, mal-practice, strict check & balance at all government levels , while doing all acts and action for the entire interest and benefit of public. They shall make policies to bring down the cost of living of individuals, with wide range of facilities ensuring justice ,peace, crime free society , with increase in income at per capita. Elected members shall set examples for the public in honesty , discipline , dedication and simplicity by telling all truth to public taking in confidence .Strict adherence of constitution.

The Elected Democratic Member must be reasonably educated with certain intellect, able to understand assembly proceedings in black and white ,means with reasonable educational background. They should be straight forward, truthful and sincere. They must possess caliber to speak and write clearly.

WHEN DEMOCARCY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL if there is a reasonable
Literacy rate (education level)- strict “check and balance system” freedom of expression , guaranteed self respect , Free judiciary as must – no serious allegation or scandal against office holders ,voters understand the worth and importance of vote –no vote selling – no “Bradry Vote” system-law maintaining agencies does not influence ballet box – people have the analytical approach before casting votes – where candidate do not take election as “investment” -where elected member do care for public as problem solvers and not as “land mophia”- where people asses candidate before casting vote-lastly, people are treated as “human being” . In absence of these qualities, that is not public, but a folk of sheep and elected politicians will drive this folk at their accord.

There is no such thing as the “perfect form of government” on earth, any other form of government produces even less desirable results than democracy. Until today, no other form of government has been invented that could regulate public affairs better than democracy (if applied in its true soul) Holly Quran also introduces a system which is practiced in some Muslim countries but not shall never be welcomed because not so lavish as democracy is .
