Human is “crazy” by nature since centuries, always running to get more, more and more. No pause, no contentment. If have a bicycle shall wish for motor bike, then for car —- and then for ——.If own a grocery shop shall run to make it super store and then a shopping mall ! ! When successfully make all, comes to know that — HE IS NO MORE.

Every individual is struggling hard (By fair means or foul) to earn a lot, in spite of knowledge that this life is limited, short! This constant struggle is mother of many diseases. Poor person dies from tuber clauses or asthma, whereas rich with cardiac arrest or cancer? We are responsible for the situation. We can not blame anyone for our agonies or health problems. So , I would like to suggest all PLEASE TRY TO BE HAPPY ALWAYS .Don’t let problems to OVERCOME.

Did you ever noticed that high blood pressure , diabetics , insomnia , nervous weakness cardiac arrest , ulcer is common in those who are sitting and working ? Also notice the proportionate ratio of same diseases working in factories, labor class or those who have physical activities?

When a person surrenders in front of problems , psycho problems takes charge of his brain ( which drives human body).There are certain cases in which the patient is said to be “Under some spell” or black magic which sometimes ruins family. It is known to all that our emotions do affect body immediately. In support of this version, I would like to quote example “when we are emotional face becomes red and in case of any mishap heart beat increases.

HOW TO STAY HAPPY ?

You must enjoy a natural deep sleep of 8 hours daily !

Make outing a habit. Choose a favorite companion for walk

Avoid internet browsing unless inevitable.

Stop computer long computer chatting

Keep TV off during lunch or dinner

Eat slowly; chew well (at least 20 minutes in meals).

Avoid jealousy, frustration reduce life as TERMITE.

Develop sense of FORGIVENESS. Ignore normal incidents.

Try to forget in routine mishaps (office, business problems).

Love children / pets and pay ultimate respects to elders.

Increase volume of fish , garlic , ginger and turmeric in meals.

Try to learn YOUGA. It is panacea against tensions and worries.

So my dear friends try to adopt what I said .Surely results shall be more than your expectation. I have not written something new , but it is new because experienced my self.
