Can we keep everyone happy by our acts and action or attitude in this society ? I studied many articles, titled as How to win friends” or” How to be popular”, but miserably failed to get  the required acclaimed results. In practical life, i found this version absurd and non practical-may I be wrong, because every person concludes at his own accord,  own opinion and perception, very similar, if a car hits a person on road, some will say that driver was responsible for this accident and some will pass remarks that injured was responsible for this mishap as he not checked road before crossing, means all people present at scene will not agree on one point.

I would like to elobrate it in other way “Once  father and his teen age son were traveling to a far off place. Only conveyance with them was a donkey. Teen age son was riding on donkey and father was walking along. From opposite side a group of people appeared. They observed situation and passed remarks”see this shameless boy , he is riding and old father is walking along! What a misery? The boy felt ashamed, forced his father to ride, and start walking along on foot. Some distance passed, another group appeared, noticed situation and said to father, “you old man-how shameless you are! You are enjoying riding and your teen age son is walking along with? Do you have any mercy ?” Now father felt ashamed-both resolved this issue by means that both  (father and son) rided on donkey.

After sometime another group appeared. They observed and commented “How cruel is this world! Both are doing dire cruelty to donkey burdening him so much, they have no mercy upon this innocent poor creature! Now father and son sat together to get solution to avoid further remarks. The solution they got was —- managed a bamboo, tied two front legs of donkey at one end of bamboo, and similarly rear two legs with other end—-both ends of bamboo were lifted by father and son, hanging donkey in-between back towards ground!!

Although it is a story, but what is morale? If you are an employee and working hard, your colleagues will pass remarks “very soon he will get promotion! “if you are very obedient to your boss, you will soon hear” he is boss chumcha… If you are not working, then you are lazy and shirker… if you talk extra sweetly to wife, she will doubt  that you are going on some date! If you talk sweetly will  and obediently to your boss, he will think either you want leave or promotion! If you are very polite with your colleagues (ladies) you will be charged as “attempt to trap lady” if you are arrogant, you   are under some complex .!!  Where one should stay??

So dear , never think you will be able to please everyone in your life time – - it is advised to all “do in Rome what the Romans do” do that  what you think fit —- do that which your superiors likes —always respect those (hypocritically) who can benefit / harm you —– bow head in front of “power”. let other say what they want —always look for your benefits ——–  never be loyal to company or organization where you are working , but be too loyal to your immediate boss how stupid he may be ——- loyalty with company will lead you to termination , but loyalty with boss will save you from all clamaties..Never follow your conscious, always follow your boss —- keep your boss happy and let other commentators go to hell.
