FOR WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR? WHAT CAN MAKE US HAPPY? OUR FOUR FATHERS GREW AND DIED IN A HEALTHY ATMOSPHERE! WHY WE ARE UNDER HEART ATTACKS? NERVOUS BRAKE DOWN OR SUCH COMPLICATE DISEASES? WHY WE ALL ARE AFTER MONEY? IS MONEY THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION OF OUR AGONIES? CAN WE BUY HAPPINESS, HEALTH, PEACE OF MIND WITH MONEY? IS MONEY PENACEA AGAINST ALL FEELINGS? ABSLOLUTELY NOT MOST PEOPLE FEEL HAPPY ONLY WHEN THEIR MATERIAL DESIRES ARE SATISFIED.THAT HAPPINESS BRINGS A SENSATION THAT HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH EXTERNAL FORCES, SUCH AS WHAT WE POSSES AND WHAT WE EARN.INSTEAD,IT IS AN EMOTIONAL STATE THAT WE CAN TURN OFF AND ON AT OUR WILL BY EMBRACING THE TALENT AND AVAILABLE OPPERTUNITIES, INSTEAD OF CLINGING TO THE PAIN WE HAVE SUFFERED IN THE PAST.WE CAN CREATE FUN AND JOY AT ANY TIME, AT ANT SPOT WHICH WILL HELP YOU TO GET TRUE HAPPINESS.

IF MONEY IS SO IMPORTANT, THEN NO RICH SHOULD HAVE DEPRESSION, NERVOUS BRAKE DOWN, WHICH IS A CONCRETE EVIDENCE THAT MONEY IS NOT THE ABSOLUTE SOLUTION. WE ARE CONDITIONED TO BE RICH (INSPITE OF KNOWLEDGE THAT RICH ARE ALSO NOT HAPPY, WE WISH TO BUY ALL LUXRIES AND FACILITIES DISPLAYED AT TELEVISIONS SO AS TO IMPROVE OUR LIFE STLE AND STATUS.( TO SHOW OTHERS)

BE SURE, NONE OF THAT WILL BRING HAPPINESS, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE EARN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE RUN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH BANK BALANCE WE HAVE, NO MATTER HOW NICE IS OUR WEARING / CAR. NONE OF THESE WILL MAKE US HAPPY AND THE SAD THING IS THAT IT COULD TAKE US DECADES OF PURSUING WEALTH AND LUXRY ITEMS BEFORE WE REALIZE.

THEN QUESTION IS HOW WE CAN GET HAPPINESS? I AM OF THE OPINION THAT GOD CREATED HUMANITY FOR CERTAIN REASONS, AND THAT MAY BE :-

GOOD RELATIONSHIP.

WE HAVE A HUMAN NEED TO BE CLOSE, TO BE INTIMATE, WITH OTHER HUMAN BEINGS. HAVING GOOD, SUPPORTIVE FRIENDSHIPS, A STRONG CONNECTION OR CLOSE AND LOVING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR FAMILY MEMBERS WILL MAKE US MUCH MORE LIKELY TO BE HAPPY. ACTION STEPS: TAKE TIME, TODAY, TO SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES, TO TELL THEM WHAT THEY MEAN TO YOU, TO LISTEN O THEM, AND DEVELOP YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM.

POSITIVE THINKING.

I’M OBVIOUSLY A BIG PROPONENT OF POSITIVE THINKING AS THE BEST WAY TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS, BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT IT CAN LEAD TO HAPPINESS TOO. OPTIMISM AND SELF-ESTEEM ARE SOME OF THE BEST INDICATORS OF PEOPLE WHO LEAD HAPPY LIVES. HAPPY PEOPLE FEEL EMPOWERED, IN CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES, AND HAVE A POSITIVE OUTLOOK ON LIFE. ACTION STEPS: MAKE POSITIVE THINKING A HABIT. IN FACT, THIS SHOULD BE ONE OF THE FIRST HABITS YOU DEVELOP. GET INTO THE HABIT OF SQUASHING ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND REPLACING THEM WITH POSITIVE ONES. INSTEAD OF “I CAN’T” THINK “I CAN”. IT MAY SOUND CORNY, BUT IT HAS WORKED FOR ME, EVERY TIME.

WHEN WE ENTER WE ARE COMPLETELY FOCUSED ON THE WORK OR TASK BEFORE US. WE ARE SO IMMERSED IN OUR TASK THAT WE LOSE TRACK OF TIME. HAVING WORK AND LEISURE THAT GETS YOU IN THIS STATE OF FLOW WILL ALMOST UNDOUBTEDLY LEAD TO HAPPINESS. PEOPLE FIND GREATEST ENJOYMENT NOT WHEN THEY’RE PASSIVELY MINDLESS, BUT WHEN THEY’RE ABSORBED IN A MINDFUL CHALLENGE.

FIND WORK THAT YOU’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT. SERIOUSLY — THIS IS AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT STEP. FIND HOBBIES THAT YOU’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT. SUSPEND THE CURRENT ACTIVITY — THIS IS THE OPPOSITE OF FLOW — AND GET OUTSIDE AND DO SOMETHING THAT TRULY ENGAGES YOU, FOR SAKE OF A CHANGE.

BECAUSE THEY HAVE “ADJUSTED” AND CONTENTED UPON SITUATION.

JUST AS LEARNING ANY NEW SKILL JOB, YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO INVEST SERIOUS EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE REAL HAPPINESS.ONE MUST LERAN “CONTENTMENT”, TRY TO BE CONTENTED BY ENJOYING ALL THAT WHAT YOU HAVE, MAY YOU LOOSE MOTIVATION. CANY YOU BUY EYESIGHT , SENSE TO SMELL,ANY BODY LIMB  OR TREAT AIDS ? ?NO , ABSOLUTELY NOT . THEN WHAT THE HELL IS MONEY ?
