I COULD NOT SEEK ANYOTHER PLACE DUE TO MY AGE FACTOR, 45 YEARS AT TIME OF JOINING. MAY IT BE STRANGE FOR ALL THAT I WON CONSEQUTIVE “OUTSTANDING POSITION ” IN APPRAISALS, AND ONLY THE PERSON WRITING IN NEWS LAETTER OF COMPANY FROM THAT DEPARTMENT — SELECTED AS LAWYER IN LAW DEPARTMENT OF SAME COMPANY —- APPLIED FOR GM POST IN A SOFT DRINK FRANCHISE OF THAT COMPANY, BUT ALL DEPARTMENTS REMAINED SILENT WITH NO REPLY –NONE TRIED TO INVESTIGATE WHY THIS CLERK IS APPLYINHG FOR SUCH BIG POSTS.. BECAUSE WHEN THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENTS INQUIRED ABOUT ME FROM MY MANGER, THEY INFORMED THAT “I AM SUFFERING FROM LOVE WITH COMPANY” SO ALL KEPT QUITE, NO RESPONSE, NO PROCEEDINGS.I HOLD THAT “LOVE WITH COMPANY IS A HENIOUS OFFENSE” WHEREAS LOVE WITH MANGER OPENS NEW HORIZONS. AND A VAST ARENA FULL OF BENEFITS.

DURING MY STAY, DEEPLY OBSERVED THE BEHAVIOR AND ATTITUDE OF GENERAL MANAGERS, MANAGERS, WHO WERE DRAWING AN AWESOME SALARY WITH ZERO CALIBER ( EXCEPT FACE KISSING OF OWNERS OR SAYING YES SIR ) THIS QUALITY WAS A CERTIFICATION OF THEIR SUCCESS.WHEREAS SUBORDINATES WERE FIGHTING FOR THEIR SURVIVAL, SO  ALL ACHIEVEMENT, CRITERIA WAS GOING IN BOOKS OF  “MANAGERS BY DEFAULT ” .THESE MANAGERS POSSESS” FATAL POWERS”. THEY CAN KILL ( TERMINATE) ANYONE ( A BRUTAL ECONOMICAL MURDER) WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON, AND SO CALLED H.R.D , SUPPOSED TO DEFEND SUCH EMPLOYEES , PLAYS ROLE OF HUMOR RESOURCE DEPARTMENT (H.R.D), BECAUSE H.R PEOPLE  ALSO NEEDS SAFETY FOR THEIR KHUBAS (FOOD). SO THIS “BLACK WATER” CHAIN OF COMMAND IS SYNCHRONISED TO DEFEND EACH OTHER…I WAS PUNISHED DUE TO CRITISIM UPON THESE JUNGLE POLICIES ,HIGHLY INJURIOUS TO COMPANY HEALTH , AND SINCERITY WITH COMP.NOW I THINK MYSELF A GREAT FOOL..MY 15 YEARS SERVICE PROVED AND CERTIFIED, NEVER EVER BE SINCERE WITH COMPANY – BE SINCERE WITH YOUR BOSS TO GET MONITORY BENEFITS. MANAGEMENT OF BIG COMPANIES ARE DUFF AND DUMB .IF YOU SHOWED LOYALITY WITH COMPANY , YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT IN AN INSULTING WAY , FORCING YOU TO LEAVE SEAT IMMEDAITELY ,NO FARE WELL , NO RESPECT , AND MANAGEMENT WILL REMAIN DUFF AND DUMB , ALSO BLIND , NONE WILL COME AND ASK THAT YOU SERVED THIS COMPANY WITH REMARKABLE OUTSTANDING RECORD , WHY TREATED SO ? ? ON THE CONTRARY IF YOU ARE SINCERE WITH BOSS, HE WILL FAREWELL YOU IN BEST WAY (BY MANAGING PARTY, FOTO SESSION, SOME GIFT FROM COMPANY) HAHAHAHAHAHA. GUYS BE SINCERE AND OBEDIENT TO YOUR BOSS , LET COMPANY MEET HELL OF LOSS , NEVER CARE FOR COMPANY BENEFITS …BUT LOOK FOR YOUR BENEFITS.YOU WILL BE SXCESSFULL EMPLOYEE .AS FOR I AM CONCERNED , I CURSE AND HATE SUCH BENEFITS. APPENDED EXPERIENCES AND OBSERVATION FORCED ME TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE , SPECIALLY FOR MANAGERS AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE MANGERS , WHO POSESSED SEATS UNDER A DEFAULT PROCESS ( IN GULF), WHO ARE FRAUNA IN POWER AND MONEY.
